I usually don’t write reviews, but this one deserves one. These little pills are incredible. I’ve had insomnia my whole life, and these relax me and get me to rest every single night. First time in my life, I’ve been able to go to sleep at 11 and stay asleep. My husband has the same results that I have had with these as well. I know not everyone may have the same results, but they are definitely worth trying.

I take two capsules about 30 minutes before I go to bed and I stay asleep most of the night. When I have to get up to use the restroom, I come back to bed and go right to sleep. The only drawback is that it gives me strange dreams.

This supplement works! I was reluctant to spend the price on these because I’m cheap and I’ve tried melatonin before with not so great results. But I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how well these help me get to sleep. I have taken benadryl, tylenolPM, and other sleep aid type pills because I suffer from insomnia (trouble falling and staying asleep) and those types of sleep aids always take forever to kick in (sometimes hours) and usually leave me super groggy the next morning. Relaxium does not do that. I simply take them a little before bedtime or as I lay down and the next thing I know I am waking up feeling rested. No more tossing and turning and desperately trying to fall asleep. I just get a nice drowsy feeling and drift to sleep. Totally worth the price and I will definitely purchase again!!

This product has been one of the best purchases I’ve made in months. I have been trying to avoid prescription sleep meds and finally I think I’ve found my answer. This is due to three things, they’ve helped me fall asleep faster, I’ve been able to remain asleep through the night, and best of all o wake up without the groggy tiredness I’ve experienced with other sleep aids. I have been taking this sleep aid for 2 weeks. So far I have not been disappointed. The worst thing which I have experienced is waking up at 4:30 a.m. ready to cease the day. I will feel sleepy later in the afternoon, but if I continue to stay busy I feel okay or I just take a 15 minute nap. My naps after a disruptive sleep were usually 3 hours, causing an endless cycle of insomnia. The best thing that I like is that I don’t feel tired or sluggish.
